Beautiful 19th century house with character, fully renovated, in a large park. There is a covered patio near the pool. The pool can be easily covered to keep it warm and clean. Excellent tennis courts and private sauna. 5 acres of private woodland leading up to the Lot border, 2.5 acres around the house is fenced off. A short walk through the orchard (from which you can pick fruit) and you will be at the river, ideal for a spot of fishing in peace. The décor is pretty and sophisticated, the furnishings are elegant and the whole atmosphere is very comfortable. An 18th century farm-style cottage acts as a games room.
